- Outcome
- No cut inside the window. The FOMC held at 3.50–3.75% on Jul 29 (9–3, three dissents for a hike) and raised to 3.75–4.00% on Sep 16 (Federal Reserve statements). The invalidation needed three conditions together and did not trigger: July payrolls were revised to −10,000 and August core PCE printed 3.0%, but Brent front-month bottomed at $79.36 on Aug 4, not below $75.

Provenance
Every call on the Record is hashed with SHA-256 over its canonical JSON, and the hashes are sealed into a Merkle root anchored on the Base blockchain. A grade or correction written after an anchor appears in the regrade log with its date and is sealed at the next anchor. The anchor page explains how to verify a call against the chain, and the full Record lists every call with the strict and directional tallies.
