Account data: your email and authentication records, held by Supabase (our auth and database provider). Billing data: handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card number. Product data: your subscription tier and feature usage counts (used to enforce plan limits).
Personal-suite content — journals, check-ins, birth data, saved analyses, preferences, tutorial progress — lives in your browser's local storage, namespaced to your account on shared devices. It is not uploaded to us unless a feature explicitly says so.
We don't sell your data. Inputs you submit to AI features (like a Tailored Analysis profile) are sent to our AI providers to generate your result and are not used by us to build advertising profiles. Nothing you type into the Innerverse (questions, dreams, journal entries, the daily record) leaves the product for advertising, ever.
To know whether an ad brought a visitor who later subscribed, our public pages may load the Meta (Facebook) pixel. It is limited to the marketing and checkout-return pages and is never loaded inside the Innerverse itself, on Hard Seasons or Remembrance, on sign-in screens, or in our embeddable widgets on other sites. It receives the page address, the event (a page view, a trial started, a purchase and its amount), your browser's user agent and IP address, and sets a Meta cookie. We never send it your name, email or anything you typed. It is not loaded at all for visitors in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland, and it honors the Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control browser settings. Meta's own use of that data is governed by its policy, and you can limit it in your Meta ad settings. Separately, when a visit that began from a Meta ad later becomes a purchase or a trial, our server may report that one event to Meta with the ad's click identifier and the amount, so the ad can be judged on real sales. That report carries no name, email, address or anything you typed.
We rely on Stripe (payments), Supabase (auth & database), Vercel (hosting and first-party analytics), Resend (transactional email), Meta (advertising measurement, as described above), and AI inference providers (report generation). Each processes only what their role requires. Live market data comes from public sources and never includes your identity.
If you connect a crypto wallet or sign in with Ethereum, we read your public address to check pass ownership. We never have custody, keys, or the ability to move funds.
You can cancel billing anytime, clear local data through your browser, and request account deletion via support. We answer data questions like people, not like a call tree.
